Herbal Tea Blends

Each blend is hand-crafted from individually sourced herbs and tea leaves. We blend in small batches, incorporating sustainably harvested and ethically grown ingredients. Due to seasonal trends, availability, and our drive to provide the best quality herbs and tea leaf, the blends we offer fluctuate often. The blends listed below are those that we have on hand immediately. Please note that blends will rotate and change to keep our menu fresh and in sync with the seasons!

Lemon Balm, Oatstraw, Chamomile, Peppermint, Fennel

This herbal tisane combines calming and relaxing herbs that can help to ease tummy discomfort and soothe nervous tension.

Our recommendation:

Steep 5g (2-3 tbsp) in 16 ounces freshly boiled

water for 5 minutes, then strain and enjoy.

Cinnamon Roll

Cinnamon, Red Rooibos, Nutmeg, Vanilla Bean

Sweet Cinnamon and Red Rooibos with a touch of Vanilla Bean and Nutmeg

Our recommendation:

Steep 5g (2-3 tbsp) in 16 ounces freshly boiled

water for 5 minutes, then strain and enjoy.

This invigorating blend brings together refreshing green tea, the tang of lemon peel, and a zing of ginger.

180° F for 3 minutes, then strain and enjoy.

Cinnamon Bark, Black Tea, Ginger Root, Turmeric Root, Cardamom Seeds, Clove, Black Pepper

Warming and invigorating with just the right amount of spice! This blend is crafted with all the roots, barks and seeds your palette craves in a chai blend. We add our own special touch of turmeric root to encourage blood flow and warm the spirit.

Warm and roasty almonds meet the sweetness of raspberry with light notes of lemon and vanilla bean.

Cooling and herbaceous flavors come together in this potent herbal tisane combining well known sedative herbs, supportive nervines, and a touch of peppermint.

Sweet Chai

Cinnamon Bark, Red Rooibos, Ginger Root, Cardamom, Orange Peel, Clove, Fennel

This delicious variation offers a lovely chai with a sweet twist of red rooibos, which is much like a black tea but without the caffeine!
